The evaluation service
RYVAA’s paid evaluation is a detailed profile and coding assessment. It may include profile, education and employment review; readiness for a career in Germany; medical-coding fundamentals and transition readiness; communication, commitment and relocation readiness; scheduled sessions; a written eligibility outcome; and recommended next steps.
The evaluation fee is ₹50,000. No additional GST amount is added at evaluation checkout. Payment initiates the evaluation service and does not guarantee programme admission.
If RYVAA determines that an applicant is not eligible
When RYVAA GLOBAL completes the evaluation and determines that the applicant is not eligible for a programme, the full ₹50,000 evaluation fee will be refunded.
This outcome applies when RYVAA GLOBAL completes its review and determines that the applicant does not meet the programme’s admission requirements. RYVAA initiates an approved refund within 7–15 days after confirming the outcome. The payment provider or bank may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
If an eligible applicant enrols
When an applicant is accepted and enrols in a RYVAA GLOBAL programme, the ₹50,000 evaluation fee is adjusted against the selected programme fee. The programme invoice separately shows any GST applicable to the programme fee.
If an eligible applicant decides not to continue
When RYVAA GLOBAL completes the evaluation and confirms eligibility, but the applicant independently decides not to continue, a partial refund may be considered case by case. Any approved refund is capped at ₹20,000 because the professional evaluation service has already been delivered.
Incomplete evaluations, withdrawals and missed sessions
A candidate may request one reschedule and should give notice before the scheduled session. If a session is missed without prior notice, required information remains incomplete or the candidate stops responding, RYVAA GLOBAL will attempt contact. After 7 days without a response, RYVAA sends a formal notice by email. After 15 days without a response, the evaluation may be closed and the candidate becomes ineligible for a refund.
If a candidate withdraws or requests a refund before the 15-day no-response threshold, RYVAA GLOBAL assesses the work already completed and the circumstances case by case. Any approved partial refund is capped at ₹20,000.
What the evaluation does not guarantee
Paying for or completing an evaluation does not guarantee admission, an interview, employment, a visa, an examination result, a salary level or any decision made by an employer, authority or examination provider.
