Scope of this notice
This notice covers personal information submitted through the RYVAA GLOBAL website, including call requests, contact channels, evaluation and payment interactions. Candidates receive relevant collection information before being asked for detailed profile information or documents.
Information we collect
The request-a-call form is designed to collect only information reasonably needed to understand the request and contact the person.
- Name.
- Mobile number and email address.
- How you heard about RYVAA.
- Anything you choose to ask or explain in the optional message.
- Basic technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website.
Detailed education, employment, immigration and document information is requested only when needed for evaluation, programme administration, legal compliance or candidate support, and only through an approved collection channel.
Why we use personal information
- To review a call request and decide whether to call directly or propose a meeting day and time based on team availability.
- To explain the evaluation and programme process and answer the questions included in the request.
- To respond to genuine enquiries and provide requested information.
- To assess and administer evaluations and programme applications.
- To protect forms, accounts and platform security.
- To maintain consent, policy-version and communication records.
- To meet applicable legal, accounting and regulatory obligations when relevant.
Consent and communication choices
Consent requests will be specific to their purpose. Required application processing and optional marketing communication will be presented separately. Optional consent boxes will not be preselected.
Where processing depends on optional consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal. Essential service communications may still be required to respond to a request or administer an active application.
International data transfers
Some technology or professional service providers may process information in a country different from the candidate’s country of residence. Where this occurs, RYVAA will disclose the relevant transfer and use safeguards required by applicable law before the affected processing begins.
How long information is kept
Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain necessary records, resolve requests and meet applicable legal, accounting or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary by record category, and information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably required.
Security and document handling
RYVAA GLOBAL uses proportionate technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information. Sensitive documents are accepted only through an approved secure channel with appropriate access controls.
No internet service can promise absolute security. Candidates should use official RYVAA channels and should not send passport or residence documents through an ordinary contact message.
Access, correction, deletion and objection
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether RYVAA holds information about you, request access or correction, ask for deletion, withdraw optional consent or raise a concern about how information is used. Some information may need to be retained where a legal obligation or legitimate record-keeping need applies.
Privacy requests can be submitted to privacy@ryvaaglobal.com. RYVAA GLOBAL may need to verify the requester’s identity before acting on a request.
Age requirement
RYVAA’s application pathway is for adults. Applications from people under 18 are not accepted.
