Why third-party services may be used
RYVAA may work with independent providers where specialist infrastructure, training, examinations, payments, travel or accommodation services are needed. Provider involvement does not reduce RYVAA’s responsibility to explain clearly what is included.
Potential provider categories
- Netlify website hosting and form infrastructure.
- Razorpay payment processing and related payment support.
- Email delivery and operational communication providers.
- German-language teaching and examination providers.
- Professional training, scheduling and communication tools.
- Travel, airport pickup and accommodation providers.
- Employers, vacancy platforms and application channels.
- Government, visa, residence and local administrative systems.
- Analytics or support tools, only when configured with appropriate privacy controls and user choices.
Independent terms and decisions
A provider’s own terms, eligibility rules, availability and operational decisions may apply. Employers decide interviews and hiring, examination providers decide results, and government authorities decide visa and residence applications. RYVAA does not control or guarantee those decisions.
Included benefits and financial caps
Where a programme includes a third-party benefit, the programme description and signed agreement will identify the applicable cap, quantity limit, eligibility conditions and availability rules. An included capped benefit is not an unlimited reimbursement or a guarantee that every candidate’s actual expense will be the same.
Personal information shared with providers
Personal information should be shared with a provider only when needed for a stated service, under appropriate access and contractual controls. Candidates will receive relevant notices or choices before sensitive information is transferred.
If information is processed outside the candidate’s country, RYVAA will identify the relevant transfer and safeguards required by applicable law.
No implied official relationship
A link, application channel or use of a provider does not mean that RYVAA is an official partner of an employer, hospital, government authority, embassy or examination body. Logos and partnership claims will not be displayed without verified permission.
Questions or concerns
Candidates can ask which provider is involved in a programme activity and can report a service or privacy concern through the support or grievance channel. The applicable provider may also need to investigate matters within its control.
