Evaluation is a mandatory prerequisite

Blocked account arranged by the candidate

As a condition of the India-to-Germany Programme, the candidate must separately arrange and fund a blocked account covering at least six months. It is not included in the programme fee. Current official requirements may require a higher amount or longer period and always prevail.

What you receive

What is included in the India-to-Germany programme.

The services and approved benefits below are covered as part of the programme fee. Applicable limits, conditions and personal expenses outside the programme are explained before enrolment.

01

German-language training

Training is included based on your current level, location and learning preference. RYVAA helps arrange an approved online, offline, group or individual option where available.

02

Two German examination attempts

Up to two complete approved German examination attempts are included, subject to attendance requirements, approved providers and the programme terms.

03

German medical-coding preparation

Online preparation designed for working medical-coding professionals includes ICD-10-GM and other confirmed German coding topics.

04

Government-funded training applications

Eligible candidates may receive help identifying and applying for suitable publicly funded medical, coding or professional training. Admission and funding are decided by the responsible authority or provider.

05

Customised CVs and cover letters

Your German-format CV and cover letter are reviewed and adapted for each suitable application supported through the programme, with your approval before submission.

06

Vacancy and application support

RYVAA helps identify suitable opportunities, finalise supported applications, track responses and interviews, review rejection patterns and organise the next steps.

07

Four mock interviews

Complete four structured mock interviews with technical and communication feedback, employer-specific preparation where possible and improvement actions after every session.

08

Visa and VFS charges

Approved official visa and VFS charges are covered as part of the programme. When you must pay an authority directly, the approved amount is reimbursed after valid proof and the programme conditions are met.

09

One flight to Germany

One approved economy-class flight from India to Germany is included after the required visa and travel milestones are completed.

10

Airport transfer

Transfer from the agreed airport to your arranged accommodation is included through a RYVAA team member or approved local partner. When direct pickup is unavailable, RYVAA coordinates a safe alternative.

11

Accommodation or deposit support

Up to three months of approved accommodation is included within the programme terms. When long-term accommodation is more appropriate, RYVAA may instead provide an approved capped contribution toward the security deposit. Programme limits and accommodation conditions apply.

12

Arrival and registration support

Support covers check-in, Anmeldung or city registration, appointment preparation, banking and tax-ID guidance, mobile setup, local orientation and residence-related next steps. In-person help depends on team or partner availability; guided remote support remains available.

13

Health-insurance application support

RYVAA helps you understand suitable options, organise documents, apply to a provider and track the registration process. Health-insurance premiums are not included.

14

Independent legal consultation

Where qualified advice is reasonably required for an immigration, residence or Ausländerbehörde matter, one approved consultation with an independent lawyer is included, subject to prior approval and separate conditions. The lawyer provides the advice; additional appointments may be separately chargeable.

15

Continued personal guidance

You have direct access to RYVAA through agreed communication channels for important decisions, applications, interviews, relocation steps and urgent arrival-related matters throughout the twelve-month programme.

Included benefits and conditions

One programme fee, with the approved benefits explained clearly.

RYVAA does not divide its own services into public component prices. Before enrolment, you receive the applicable benefit limits, reimbursement evidence requirements, accommodation conditions and any personal expenses outside the programme.

Paid or arranged within the programme

Approved training, examinations, flight, transfer and accommodation support follow the booking and provider terms in your agreement.

Reimbursed with valid proof

Approved official visa and VFS charges may be reimbursed when you must pay the authority directly and submit the required evidence.

Independent decisions remain independent

Exam providers, employers, authorities, public-funding bodies and lawyers make their own decisions. Inclusion of support does not guarantee an outcome.

Blocked account funded by the candidate

The candidate must separately arrange and fund a blocked account covering at least six months. It is not included in the programme fee, and current official requirements may require a higher amount or longer period.

What “included” means

The approved services and benefits listed as included are covered as part of the programme fee, subject to the applicable programme limits and terms.

How the programme progresses

Four plain phases, adapted to where you begin.

Your detailed schedule is confirmed in the programme plan. Progress depends on preparation, attendance, applications and decisions made by third parties.

01

Assess your profile

Review experience, coding knowledge, documents and programme readiness.

02

Prepare skills and documents

Begin German medical-coding preparation and build approved career materials.

03

Apply and interview

Progress suitable applications, track responses and complete mock interviews.

04

Move, settle and continue

Complete approved travel and arrival steps while continuing career support.

Candidate responsibilities

Your participation keeps each stage moving.

  • Attend agreed training, assessments and interviews
  • Provide accurate and complete information and documents
  • Review application materials and respond promptly
  • Prepare consistently and participate actively in the job search
  • Follow lawful visa, residence and provider requirements
  • Arrange and fund the mandatory blocked account for at least six months
  • Fulfil the responsibilities in the signed programme agreement
What others decide

RYVAA supports the work but cannot control external outcomes.

Independent decisions

Employers decide interviews, offers and salaries. Authorities decide visa and residence matters. Examination and training providers decide results and admissions. Independent lawyers provide their own advice.

What is not included

Some costs and outcomes remain outside the programme.

The signed agreement identifies personal expenses, approval conditions and any costs outside the listed services and benefits.

  • Employer, salary, examination, visa, residence and public-funding outcomes
  • The mandatory blocked account covering at least six months
  • Health-insurance premiums
  • Both accommodation and a security-deposit contribution
  • Unapproved provider, travel, legal or relocation costs
  • Additional legal consultations unless agreed separately
Programme fee

₹10,00,000 + applicable GST

The complete fee covers the services and approved benefits listed for this programme, subject to the programme terms. When an accepted applicant enrols, the ₹50,000 evaluation fee is adjusted against the programme fee and applicable programme GST is shown separately on the invoice.

Are language training and examination fees included?

The India-to-Germany programme includes approved German-language training and up to two complete approved examination attempts. Germany-based candidates receive the same examination support and, when eligible, guidance applying through the Jobcenter for funded B2 training. Attendance, provider and programme conditions apply, and the Jobcenter independently decides eligibility and funding.

Are the flight and airport transfer included?

The India-to-Germany programme includes one approved economy flight after the required milestones and transfer from the agreed airport to arranged accommodation. Booking, changes and alternatives remain subject to the programme terms.

What does accommodation support include?

The India-to-Germany programme includes up to three months of approved accommodation or, where long-term housing is more appropriate, an approved capped contribution toward a rental security deposit. The agreement determines which option applies; both are not automatic.

Can RYVAA guarantee a visa or residence decision?

No. RYVAA guides the approved process and supporting steps. German authorities independently decide visa and residence applications.

Evaluation and admission

The mandatory evaluation comes before programme admission.

Every candidate completes the profile and coding assessment before admission to either programme. RYVAA reviews your experience, medical-coding knowledge, communication, documents and readiness before making a programme recommendation.

01

Complete the assessment

Take part in the scheduled profile, coding and professional-readiness review.

02

Receive a written result

The result records strengths, improvement areas, recommended next steps and the admission decision.

03

Choose whether to enrol

Payment for evaluation does not guarantee admission, a job, an interview or a visa.
